1. About CoachEasily
CoachEasily is India’s AI-native coaching business school. We provide the free AI Sprint, the CBAX accelerator, MCA X, MCA Elite X, and the CoachEasily X app — helping teachers, professionals and everyday experts turn what they know into a coaching business. By registering for the AI Sprint, joining a program, or using coacheasily.com or the CoachEasily X app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
Our programs are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Educational nature — no income guarantee
CoachEasily programs are educational and training services. They teach skills, frameworks and tools for building a coaching business — they do not guarantee any specific income, enrollment numbers, or business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, consistency, market conditions and prior experience. Any student results referenced on our website or in our communications are individual examples, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
4. Intellectual property
All content provided through coacheasily.com, our programs and the CoachEasily X app — including curriculum, videos, templates, frameworks, software and branding — is the property of CoachEasily or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use this content for your own personal learning and business-building; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.
5. Payments and refunds
The free AI Sprint carries no charge. Paid programs, including CBAX, are offered at the price shown at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility and timelines for any paid program are governed by the specific refund terms communicated to you at the time of purchase for that program.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachEasily and its founders, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs or the CoachEasily X app, including any business or income outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid program is limited to the amount you paid for that program.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs or applicable law. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
